Not able to start CRS

Hi,

I am getting the ASM startup error in my RAC enviorment.

SQL> startup
ORA-01078: failure in processing system parameters
ORA-01565: error in identifying file '+DATA/racdb/spfileracdb.ora'
ORA-17503: ksfdopn:2 Failed to open file +DATA/racdb/spfileracdb.ora
ORA-15077: could not locate ASM instance serving a required diskgroup
ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Manager
SQL>

Troubleshoot
===============

[root@node1 bin]# ./crsctl start crs
Attempting to start CRS stack
The CRS stack will be started shortly
[root@node1 bin]# ./crsctl check crs
Failure 1 contacting CSS daemon
Cannot communicate with CRS
Cannot communicate with EVM

How can I trouble shoot further, where is the exact logs. Please hlep..
