Not able to send email to multiple emailids separate by comma

Hi Everyone,

I am using BPEL 10.1.3.4. I have a BPEL process with email activity.
When I trigger the email activity with single email id in either TO or CC address list, it is working fine and receiving emails.
However, when I give list of email ids separated by commas (ex: saikrishna@yahoo.com, krrish4390@gamil.com), it is not sending emails to anyone of this list.

what could be the reason. I have tested this in 2 of my instances, same is the result.
