Not able to see the arabic fonts when printing/downloading pdf format in bi publisher

hi,

We have created a bi publisher report and using arabic format.

Publisher version is 12c

When we run the report it is displaying correctly but when we download in pdf it is showing ? symbols instead of arabic language.

Excel and csv formats working fine.

Please suggest if there are any bug or fixes available for this.
