Not able to see Contact Phone details in OTBI report

Hi Team,

We have developed OTBI report to fetch person contact details like name, country, DOB and Phone details, but we are getting blank fields for phone details. Below are the subject area details which we are using to fetch contact details.

Workforce Management -- Person Real Time --> Person Contact Relationship folder --> Contact Phones --> Getting blank for all fields under this folder.

We have added required Human resource analyst and specialist roles, both seeded and custom roles though not able to see the data.

Attaching the screen shot for reference. Kindly help us to resolve this issue.

Our instance is upgraded to 18C.
