Not able to save the Page after Report query is changed as per CTE

Hi all,
I have encountered an issue or is it a bug in Oracle Apex 19.2 i.e
when I change a particular query into my Interactive report region and save the page the message popups up as changes saved but the page isn't saved properly, and no changes are reflected at front end.
below is the illustration of the issue at our one of the live client servers...as you can see the msg is popped up but the region sales report is not saved and no changes are reflected at front end.
@fac586, experts please suggest the issue.
