Not able to save the downloaded report from dashboard

Hi,

When I try to download and save a report in the dashboard I am getting the following error.

Internet Explorer cannot download.... ary&Format=mht&Extension = .xls from www.tools.com

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

When I download, I am able to open the report but not save.

Any suggestions would be much helpful.
