Not able to run the form

FRM-10142:the http listener is not running on CELSYSNCR000137 at port 9001. Please start the listener or check runtime preferences - Help .

I have installed Oracle form 12c Standalone but when I running the forms I am getting this error . Please help what else do I need to install to make this working or what configuration I need to change .

  1. I did not installed web login - is it require or I can run it without /or any other application server
  2. I have Oracle Forms 12c Installed
  3. I have Oracle Database Installed
  4. When I was Installing Oracle Form Deployment it was giving mean error so choose the standalone option and installed it successfully
  5. Is there any other way I can run the forms with the current setup ? What else I need to add ?
  6. from where it is taking - http://CELSYSNCROOO137:9001/forms/frmservlet
  7. I am using Windows 10 - Local
