Not able to run Oracle Discoverer"

I was using ORacle Discoverer (user edition) for a long time ( 7 hours)
and all of a sudden it went "POOF" . Now when I try to open it , it starts with the
company logo and again poofs everytime .

When I try to open a .DIS file it gives the following error :
"Cannot finf file ... (or one of its component). Make sure the path and filename are
correct and that all required libraries are available . "

The administrative version is working fine.
We tried to unistall and reinstall it also . But it still gives the same problem.
