Not able to reduce data file size

Hi All

We recently performed some cleanup on one of our Tablespace. There was a table with 13GB size(including index). We truncated this table and loaded it with just 5 GB of data. The current total tablespace size for the relevant tablespace is 17 GB and used size is just 10.5 GB.

We want to reclaim the freed up space on this tablespace but when we are trying to reduce the size using the OEM it's throwing error :-

ORA-03297 File contains used data beyond requested RESIZE value

Could you please guide what steps we need to take to get this space back.

We would appreciate you help in this regard
