not able to ping vip from other than database nodes

Hi All,

I am not able to ping vip from other nodes than database which are in different vlan.
I am able to ping it from database server. I have put the entry in /etc/hosts also but no luck.

It was pingable till yesterday. However it started giving problem from today.

Please find below the env details.

Database version : 11.2.0.3
OS : OEL 5
EBS version : R12 from where i am trying to connect.

I dont know why it is behaving like this. It was pingable till yesterday. Do i need to make some configuration if i want to ping it from server which are in other vlan
Please help me on this.
