Not able to open HFM Application

Hi All,

Hyperion Version - 11.1.2.3

I have performed HFM application copy from QA to Dev environment using HFM Copy utility and the application copy is successfully completed. But I am getting below error message when I tried to open the HFM application through workspace. I tried to open after restarting the services. But getting same error message.

Please could you suggest any solution.
