Not able to open form when directly trying to access through web browser, but opens by using Ctrl +

Hi,

Working on Oracle Forms 10g. The forms is opened when I hit Ctrl+R but it gets hanged when directly running it through web browser by giving URL. I have correctly done settingd in formsweb.cfg file in server folder and other forms are working well when I access through browser.

I am not able to understand why the form is not opening through web browser.

Can anyone please help to resolve this issue?
