Not able to Login to BI Publisher from the Oracle Answers

Hi,
When i click on the link More Products --> Bi Publisher it showing me the below error page

*"Oracle BI Publisher Enterprise*

*Reporting Login: Login failed: Please contact administrator for your username/password."* i am using Admistrator/SADMIN username/pwd to login to Answers. This is a test environment and hosted on a LINUX Red Hat Server.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
