Hello All,
I am new to Hyperion and I was looking about certain things in the shared service. I tried Two things in shared service and now no body is able to enter in to the work space using their credentials. I enabled the Single Sign On and I also Enabled the "Use Custom Defined Authentication", but there wasn't any custom defined authentication configured with the system.
I just want to know making these options enabled can stop the users entering to the Work space? and how do i undo them? Even the administrator is not able to log in from work space.
Where should i look to undo the things that has already happened? And please en light me about the two Options: 1) Enabling single Sign On 2) Enabling User Defined Authentication.
Any help from your side will be appreciable.
