Not able to Log in to APEX Administration Services after fresh install

Hi,

I have installed oracle database 11g (11.2) and apex 4.2.3 in my laptop. I have completed all the steps and now I am at the step

"Create a Workspace and Add Oracle Application Express Users".

When I am trying to start apex, I am just getting blank page. Don't know what's the problem. Can someone help.

There is no problem in logging into Oracle. I faced one small problem while configuring "Embedded PL/SQL Gateway". Not sure if this causing issues while opening apex.
