Not able to Load WSDL in Jdeveloper/SOA BPEL

Hi
I am trying to use one (web serfvice)WSDL in Composite which has SSL security enabled in it.I have exported the certificates in Jdeveloper using keytool, now when i use Web Service component and click on copy wsdl and its dependent artifacts into the project, it gives an error saying

Artifact Localizer encountered exception:
WSDLException: fault code=failed to parse document:
URL:failed to parse document:
URL:java.io.IOEXCEPTION:
Sever Returned HTTP response code: 403 for URL

Please help
