Not able to Load WSDL in Jdeveloper/SOA BPEL

Hi All,

In last month i had gone through the Oracle Build SOA composite application in house training. In the training Oracle provided the Classroom training documents. After completing the training i configure the SOA /Weblogic and the Jdev on My own machine and i was going through the classroom training documents for Practice. In the Chapter 7.2 where training document ask to import the ".wsdl" file from Loacal machine to the BPEL process. But when i'm trying to follow the step Jdev throws and error message.

Can anybody help to get rid of this error message. I'm new to JDEV,SOA and BPEL so requesting you explain the solution in details if Possible.
