not able to find DBCA in oracle 11g XE windows

Hi,

Please find the attachmment for your reference.

Am unable to find DBCA tool for creating a new database in oracle 11g.

As per oracle document, after checking in start -> programs -> oracle database 11g express edition , am not able locate Configuration and Migration Tools.

If not in this place, where can i find the DBCA ?

Am using windows 10.
