Not able to enter Ownership Data in HFM

I am trying to upload the ownership data(POWN, PCON, etc) in HFM, in an application but am getting an error.

I have loaded the Metadata except for ICPs & Values
I am working on EPM Fusion 11.2.2

The error says:
"An unknown error occured during data streaming. Ask your system Administrator to inspect the server side log."
& "Failed to define data grid defination"

After saying ok, it shows "Fetching data" & does nothing further.

Could anyone please suggest me the way out.
If you anyother details do let me know
