Not able to copy arabic text from excel to oracle forms 6i

Dear All,

Hope everyone are doing good.

I am trying to copy Arabic text from excel to oracle forms 6i but its pasting like unknown format. But the same is working fine with notepad,MS access and from browser.

Please see the below pics for the reference. can you try to help me on this.

I copied from here and trying to paste it in oracle forms 6i ..here but its pasted like this ??????.
