Not able to connect to Oracle with username and password

Hi I created an oracle instance and I am able to create the user but while connecting to Database through that user gettting errors

here are the steps

SQL> cl scr

SQL> create user e3003360 identified by abc123

2 ;

User created.

SQL> grant dba to e3003360;

Grant succeeded.

SQL> connect e3003360/abc123

ERROR:

ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied

Warning: You are no longer connected to ORACLE.

SQL>

Please help me with this, what could be the issues ??

I am using Oracle

SQL*Plus: Release 12.2.0.1.0 Production on Wed Oct 16 10:11:06 2019
