not able to access form giving error : function not available

any one please help me,that i am facing an issue in production that one of the invoice form is not opening while trying to open it is saying

but it is working fine in other lower instances.we have copied same custom.pll and custom.plx but not understanding why it is saying like this.

could anyone please help me one this
