Not able ping virtual IPs

Hi,

I'm trying to install clusterware. I'm able to ping RAC1 from RAC2 server and vice versa.

But I'm not able to ping rac2-vip/ rac2-priv/rac1-vip/rac1-priv.

How to configure the Virtual IPs and Private IPs for both nodes

I'm following the steps from the below link to set up RAC

Working commands are:

$ ping -c 3 rac1
$ ping -c 3 rac2

But the below are failing.

$ ping -c 3 rac1-priv
$ ping -c 3 rac2-priv
Please help.
