Normal Insert Vs BULK COLLECT FOR ALL

I need to insert some 10000 data into my table with good performance. I thought of use normal insert statment like below.
insert into table_name slelect * from table

Then i thought of use BULK COLLECT FOR ALL.

Which one is better good in performance? Please reply your thoughts
