Non-transferable Foreign key in sync

Hi,

thanks for release 4.0.3 ! Some important issues (for me) are fixed !

However, a problem still exists for several releases : Non-transferable property on Foreign key is not taken into account in sync' with data dictionnary

If a table is added in relationnal model and has a non-transferable FK, when I synchronize model with data dictionnary, the table is created, fk constraint is also created but the trigger for non-transferable property is not created.
