For the maintenance triggers, although there are options for them to be based on calendar and/or runtime intervals, there does not seem to be a way for them to be based on non-measurement responses within service histories. Could a solution be developed to address this. For instance, if a yes/no question on a routine service history is answered yes on the past three service histories of the same service history type for a given asset, then it triggers the maintenance trigger for a different service history. Some routine maintenance occurs based on a history of non-measurement responses and not based on a calendar interval or runtime/measurement intervals so a trigger that can be developed based on previous responses or a number of the same past previous responses could be a great addition to the product.
