nomount startup with pfile problem

Hi

My OS: Windows Server 2003
Oracle Version: 11.2.0.1.0

I am trying to create database manually

but after modifying the pfile when i am trying to open database with startup nomoun pfile='path_name' i am getting error as ORA-01078:failure in processing system parameters.

I already check the path is correct and i properly modify the pfile.

Any suggestions further
