Nokia 9500 - CDC 1.1

I want to develop an application that will be based on CDC 1.1 but as I found out the Nokia 9500, which I would like to use, only has CDC 1.0. Is there a possibility to upgrade the Nokia 9500 to CDC 1.1 or is there any other way to get CDC 1.1 applications running on that device?
