Nodemanager Inactive

Hi,

On Weblogic 10.3.6

Nodemanager is running:

<Apr 21, 2018 2:33:25 PM> <INFO> <Loaded node manager configuration properties from '/u02/app/oracle/product/fmwoid/wlserver_10.3/common/nodemanager/nodemanager.properties'>

<Apr 21, 2018 2:33:26 PM> <INFO> <Secure socket listener started on port 5557>

But in console it is inactive:

More over when I start wls_ods1 from console I have:

And in nodemanager.log:

javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Received fatal alert: certificate_unknown

java.net.SocketException: Connection reset
