Node not showing while creating a database using dbca @ 10.1.x

Hi ,
I am looking to add a database to a 2-node Rac installation . When i go to dbca ->add database , it doesn't show me the other node .
I tried olsnodes & it shows correct nodes .
Issue is when i do dbca it shows wrong nodes ......where does dbca pick the info on nodes ?
Any suggestions ?
