Node.getTextContent not found?!

Hi,

I got a big trouble in parsing xml. I don't know why I can't use the getTextContent method. I'm using JBuilder 2006, and also updated run time enviorment.
I found the same issue from forum, however, they said getTextContent method only exist in Dom Level3, what does it mean?
Do I need to update some library or ...
