Node down and JDB file missing

On servers, one replication node group is unreachable.
in logs we found below jdb file missing
Caused by: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /data1/oracle/nosql/data1/rg1-rn1/env/000003a5.jdb (No such file or directory)
also i have checkd we never deleted any jdb file

could you please help us to know the reason for replication node gruop unreachable
