'No URL Access' security with Menu and Navbar items

I am trying to secure my application as best as possible.
I was wondering if there was anyway of using the 'No URL Access' security on pages which can be navigated to by a menu item or navigation bar item??

(The menus are based on lists)
I take it these all use redirects and there is no way of using branching at the moment??
