no tag was defined for name: excelExport

I am trying to export my dataTable to excel.

<s:excelExport for="areatable">
<t:commandButton value="Export" styleClass="rich-button"/>
</s:excelExport>

i have updated my sandbox jar to 1.1.9

but whenever i load the page, it keeps return me this error

<s:excelExport> Tag Library supports namespace: http://myfaces.apache.org/sandbox, but no tag was defined for name: excelExport
