No se puede instalar Oracle Free 23ai

Hola. No puedo instalar Oracle 23ai Free, yo ejecuto el comando siguiente para que la carpeta donde instalaré el producto cumpla con el requisito de que no sea modificable por Usuarios Autenticados

icacls "c:\oraclefree" /grant "Cuenta Local":(CI)m /t

y obtengo el error:

SEVERE: [Jun 29, 2024 9:41:59 PM] [FATAL] [INS-32113] The location specified for Oracle Base is under a directory that is modifiable by Authenticated users.
ACTION: Specify a path that does not exist or is not under a directory that is modifiable by Authenticated users.
