No page or page has no template

Dear APEX-friends,

I have just installed APEX 5.0.4 at an Linux (Amazon AWS Linux AMI) machine and XE (Release 11) database. It begins fine, i can configure workspaces and log in as a developer. Also I can import and run my own application and run packaged applications.

But when I open the page designer, eror message occurs: "No page or page has no template".

It does not matter w new, imported or packaged application, the error is the same.

I have checked all lof file I know, including aler.log, but I cannot find something suspicious.

Have you any idea?
