no ocijdbc18 in java.library.path

Hi,

I am trying to connect from sqlcl to my Cloud ATP DB (SQLdeveloper & SQLmodeler works well) on Windows 10,

- installed instant client 19

- set ORACLE_HOME=<instant client 19-path>

- set PATH=.. <instant client 19-path>

and getting 'no ocijdbc18 in java.library.path'

No idea.
