I am getting the following on RHES4 10g R2 when I try to check the status of the listener. I also get this when I start the listener or TNSPING. In the past these problems were usually related to an environment variable not being set, however ORACLE_HOME is set and correct. Any thoughts?

[oracle@testdb ~]$ lsnrctl start
