No menubar (gnome-panel) in Oracle Linux 7 with "Server with GUI"

Hi,

I've installed Oracle Linux 7 with "Server with GUI" option. After the installation I do have a desktop but no menu bars. So no menu bar on the desktop but also no way of minimizing and maximizing windows.

I've tried to install Gnome-Panel but it says "No package gnome-panel available".

Can anybody tell me how I can fix this?
