No jpcap.dll in java.library path exception

Hello

I try to compile the ready made example of JPCAP-0.01.06. But i got and error of

No jpcap.dll in java.library.path.
I place jpcap.dll in my java folder and also try this path

java -Djava.library.path= /path/to/your/so-dll-file your-application

but its still shows error. I m using windows XP.
its urgent plz some one help me.
