No drive is showing in "Select the drive(s) to use for this installation" box when I try to install

I'm trying to install Oracle Linux 5.10 on a virtual machine created in vSphere 5.0. For some reasons, there is no drive showing in the "Select the drive(s) to use for this installation" box. I have no problem installing Oracle Linux 6 with the same vm settings.
