No Certificate Found.

I have PearsonVue, CertView and Acclaim accounts.

I have completed other courses and was able to see my Completion Award certification in CertView.

However, with MOOC JET, I am showing the below:

When I click on "Print":

No certificate found.JPG

Is this to be expected?
