The screen shots below show the Work Agenda showing 849 as the customers out on the event but the Customer Table, Supply Node Summary and AMI Customers all show a different number from the Work Agenda (JOBS) number.
Note 1: it’s ok to have a difference between Customers Table and AMI Customers as not necessarily all customers involved in the event have AMI smart meter as tracked by CCNB.
Note 2: When accessing Trouble Info from the Viewer then the customers list and device/customer count should/will reflect the current model as represented in the Viewer.

Solution Expected (requirement)
When NMS Trouble Info displays the customers lists (on Customers Table and AMI Customers) and device/customer count (on Supply Point Summary) the data must be specific to the event at the time of outage.
If Trouble Info is accessed through the Control Tool in the Viewer then the customer count and supply nodes should be based on the current model as represented in the Viewer.
For historical events, the supply nodes and customers associated to those supply nodes must be as of the time when event was active.
