NMS - display Work Orders from a web map service in CNV

Network Management System (NMS) - consume data from a web map service (Work Order & Service Request IDs, x-y location, Work Order Type, Asset Type, Status/Date, and WO/SR header information) and display in Common Network Viewer (CNV).

This data will be "floating" i.e., not connected to NMS Devices. Have this data be represented as a layer in CNV that is toggleable for show/hide and filterable by Work Order Type, Asset Type, and Status/Date. Layer should be adjustable in NMS for transparency and display order. Have summary/header information be available on hover/tooltip.

Refresh data every 30 seconds.
