NMS - Consume AVL from a Web Map

Network Management System (NMS) - consume Automatic Vehicle Locator data from a web map service (instead of productized MultiSpeak adapter).

Display vehicles related to NMS Crews in Common Network Viewer. Refresh every 2 minutes. Display speed and direction of vehicle on hover/tooltip. Change symbol color based on moving / stationary. Display common Crew ID key between NMS and OFS.

Green

Currently driving; any speed over 0 mph

Orange

Currently stopped, but has been stopped for under 5 minutes

Yellow

Currently stopped, but has been stopped for under 1 hour

Blue

Currently stopped, but ignition is on (idle). These blue icons only register with GPSInsight vehicles. When GPSInsight vehicles are all transitioned over to GeoTab, blue icons will no longer map to the window.

Red

Currently stopped, has been stopped for over 1 hour
