nmefwmi.exe error on windows vista

I have installed oracle 11g on my vista home premium
system req are fully met

but i am receiving this error as nmefwmi.exe has stopped working
my enterprise manager in not working
i ma able to connect through cmd but the web address for em is not working i have deinstalled oracle for now but before reinstalling i need to know what can i do to prevent this from happening again

i have read the manual and not doing anything different
having lots of people registering for this error ,,,,is there any solution except reinstall
