NLS problem

Hi:

When I tried to login, I got the following error:

ORA-12705 "invalid or unknown NLS parameter value specified"

This is on NT server. What happended is that we had 9.0 DB running on it fine. Few weeks ago, I installed a 9.2 on this same machine. I think I took standard installation (AS ALways) EXCEPT for this 9.2 version we requires to choose "Use Inicode (AL32UTF8), and National Character Set of "UTF8". I think this is different from previous 9.0 installation.

After this 9.2 installed, I now having problem acessing the old 9.0 by getting the error (above).

Anyone has idea on how to solve it? Since I can't login, so I can't do ALTER SESSION.
