NL-00051 internal error code, arguments: [302], [1], [], [], [], [], []

Hi,

I am getting NL-00051 with Oracle 10g Rel 1. Its a fresh installation on Windows.

When i am trying to start the listener, its starting and stopping. I checked
Listener.log and there i found this error

NL-00051 internal error code, arguments: [302], [1], [], [], [], [], []

I have checked for SID_LIST_LISTENER is very much there in my listener.ora.

What could be the reason for this?
