NFS Share not seen by "Storage" VM Manager

Hi guys
I have installed Oracle VM Server (3.1.1) and VM Manager (3.1.1)
I have enabled NFS share which is accessible from VM Manager box (locally mounted successfully)

Now I am trying to create a storage using discover file server method with "Storage" tab. I point the VM Server IP address (where the NFS is configured and running properly). I have disabled iptables on VM server to make sure the communication is not blocked at any point.

The discovering file server runs for a while and then return no results. What could be wrong?

This is my first attempt with Oracle VM and would appreciate if somebody could point me towards rectifying and fixing this issue.
