nfs mount options for 11g installation (noac vs atimeo=0)

If you look at
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E11882_01/install.112/e17212/storage.htm
section 3.2.6 it specifies "actimeo=0" instead of noac.

Are actimeo=0 and noac exactly equivalent?

What would be the impact of using noac as opposed to "actimeo=0" ?
